We went behind the scenes on our spring adornment shoot with Toni&Guy Artistic
Director Sophie Springett to learn how to create this season’s ultimate hairstyle
Divide the hair into three equal sections, securing the middle one in the centre with a Toni&Guy Snagless Hair Elastic. Divide the two outer sections again equally into two and secure with label.m elastics. The five bunches should mimic the five dots on a dice.
Split the top-right bunch into two and take one part of the hair straight across to connect it to the top-left bunch and the other straight down to connect it to the bottom-right bunch.
Split the top-left bunch into two and take one part of the hair straight across to connect it to the top-right bunch and the other straight down to connect it to the bottom-left bunch.
Divide the middle bunch into four equal sections and connect each one with one of the four corner bunches.
Cross the top-right and top-left bunches to the middle to give the structure some thickness, connecting them in the centre with elastic and again with the bottom two bunches.
Take some hair from the bottom-left bunch and connect it to the bottom right bunch.
Smooth down any flyaway hairs and define the shape with label.m Hairspray.
Attach Toni&Guy No Pull Braiding Bands at irregular intervals down the two loose bunches.
