H&M taps parisian powerhouse Kenzo for a playful upcoming collaboration

It’s going to be a tough job for H&M to top the success of their sell out collaboration with Balmain but if any fashion house is up to the challenge it’s KENZO. Best known for their vivid colours and trademark tiger motif the Parisian brand has been tapped by the Swedish high street store to produce a youthful collection of clothing, shoes and accessories for both men and women. Set to drop this November the range is currently being kept under wraps, but we’re sure there will be plenty of the KENZO signature fluorescent prints and sweatshirt designs to keep devotee fans happy.

Since its inception almost fifty years ago KENZO has been a favourite with fashion rule breakers looking for graphic patterns and urban design. Creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, who have been at the helm for the past five years, have been devoted to maintaining the Kenzo artistic direction preserving an eclectic global feel.

“With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of KENZO to everyone around the world,” said Humberto Leon of the collection. "We wanted to really tell the story of the brand and of us. Together with H&M, we will invite all the customers and fans to the real Kenzo world."

KENZO x H&M will be available in over 250 selected H&M stores worldwide, as well as online, from the 3rd November.
