Disappearing Dining Club hosts an American-inspired dinner party
Disappearing Dining Club (DDC) specialises in dinner parties in unusual and exclusive spaces (past venues have ranged from launderettes to lighthouses) and prides itself on high quality, seasonal dishes.
This week the acclaimed pop-up restaurant hosts The Old Fashioned Supper Club, which unfolds an all-American theme in a Hoxton railway arch. On offer is a four-course menu that revolves around Kentucky bourbon and Manhattan bar culture. Stuart of DDC says, ‘Basically, Disappearing Dining Club love American whiskies. It’s the end of the night tipple for the kitchen team so it made perfect sense to unite the two!’
Diners will feast on orange & beetroot cured salmon and glazed short ribs while sipping on ‘Re-Fashioned Old Fashioned’ cocktails, courtesy of the mixologists from London hotspots Duck & Waffle, Hawksmoor and Discount Suit Company. Saddle up for a good time on April 17 - 18.
