We went backstage at the Wella x Toni&Guy events to learn about this season’s key colours

Spring has sprung, which means that it’s time to shrug o the winter and update your look for the new season ahead – and nothing says ‘revived’ like a fresh head of colour.

Happily, Wella have teamed up with Toni&Guy’s award-winning Art Team. Hosting colour events in London and Manchester, they showcased the freshest shades powered by Wella’s groundbreaking colour technology. As well as runway presentations, the colour technicians – from Toni&Guy’s vast network of salons – were treated to a live mural painting by creative collective Graffiti Life, plus the chance to bond with fellow technicians over plenty of fizz.

At first, the Art Team looked to Legacy, the latest Toni&Guy campaign, for inspiration. Taking the cool lilacs, pretty peaches and icy blondes from the campaign’s lookbook, they showed the rapt audience how to recreate these stunning and directional looks in their own salons. Meanwhile, channelling the classically beautiful hair in Toni&Guy’s Colour Menu, they recreated rich brunettes, warm-toned reds, beachy balayages and luminous blondes.

These creative looks were crafted using Wella’s innovative Koleston Perfect ME+ as well as the latest Opal-Essence range from Illumina Color.

Powered by more than seven years of research, Wella’s ground-breaking Koleston Perfect ME+ delivers truly beautiful colour with far less damage. For even, vibrant and dependable results – colour after colour.*

The new Opal-Essence range pairs the power of AI with the creativity of industry leading stylists. And thanks to Wella’s Artificial Intelligence Revelation™ Process, you don’t have to worry about making the wrong colour choice again, as every shade has been formulated to suit all skin tones

So, for a seriously stylish spring refresh with beautiful, even colour, ask your Toni&Guy technician about Wella.
