Toni&Guy’s international family gathered at this year's Mainstage event to celebrate the legacy of Toni Mascolo
The highlight of the Toni&Guy calendar went off in spectacular style this year. Dedicated to Toni&Guy’s founder Toni Mascolo OBE, who sadly passed away last December, this year’s Mainstage show was bigger and bolder than ever, with Toni’s everloving family honouring his life and work during this very special event.
Toni&Guy teams from around the world gathered together at London’s ExCeL on 14th October for Mainstage, which opened with a moving tribute to the hairdressing legend. The brand also looked to the future by unveiling the latest campaigns from Toni&Guy, label.m and essensuals and presented a host of awards to its stellar stylists, partners and salons.
Toni&Guy’s relationship with London Fashion Week is as meaningful as it is lengthy. With well over a decade of sponsorship, and label.m taking its place as the official haircare product in 2013, the brand has collaborated with countless leading designers. Celebrating this continued partnership, models took to the Mainstage catwalk to showcase the hair trends created by the Toni&Guy Session Teams at the most recent London Fashion Week and London Fashion Week Men’s, dressed in ensembles from Mary Katrantzou and E.Tautz. Meanwhile, there was an exclusive show from Giles Deacon Couture.
There were some serious party vibes as grime superstar Not3s performed his latest hits to the audience of more than 3,000 guests. But the fun didn’t stop there. Bringing the event to a crescendo was be a presentation of avant-garde hairstyles accompanied by a 12-person choir.
