Arizona, Proenza Schouler

Perfect for: Adventurous types who favour high-octane expeditions over a night in with Netflix.

Smells like: Cactus blossom, cashmere and musk, underpinned by a distinctive mineral signature scent.

Wear to: An outdoorsy date, like rock climbing, hiking or kayaking. This fragrance will ensure that you smell sweet even after your sporty pursuits.

Le Jour Se Leve , Louis Vuitton

Perfect for: Early birds who find romance in watching the sun rise.

Smells like: Mandarin, bergamot, magnolia petals, layered with blackcurrant and Jasmine. The conjurer behind the scent, perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, calls it “edgy yummy”.
