Get the look with step-by-step tips from Toni&Guy International Artistic Director, Mo Safisamfgabady
Apply label.m Extra Strong Mousse, £13.95, in sections before blow-drying smooth with the label.m Session Hair Up Brush, £9.50. Create a deep side parting, so you’re left with one third to braid, and the remainder ipped over your head.
Gather up two thin sections towards the front of the scalp and then start to braid the hair very tightly using a classic roping technique. Mo suggests to:
"Twist the hair clockwise and then anti- clockwise, until you reach the nape area –
this will accentuate your cheekbones"
Mo recommends following the natural curvature of the hairline. As you get deeper into the braid, you can workin more strands of the hair to your two main sections.
Once the braid is secured, start to crimp the remaining hair.Top layers should be crimped from the mid- lengths only. Finish with a spritz of label.m Shine Mist, £13.95, and label.m Hairspray, £12.75, for glossiness and hold.
