J Crew has arrived!
New York hit London earlier this month with the launch of three J Crew stores – the first to land on British soil
Fashion fans have been anticipating this day for months (if not years), so J Crew pulled out all the stops by inviting Vogue’s number one set designer, Shona Heath, to design a shop front to beat all others. Decked in vintage London cabs and with windows glittering with bespoke creations from New York’s Confetti Systems, J Crew’s London flagship doesn’t disappoint a jot.
Spread over two floors, the store offers 17,000 sq ft of women’s, men’s and kid’s fashion. And that’s not all – two miles down the road on Brompton Cross sits J Crew Collection, housing a refined edit of the brand’s own high-end womenswear line – think gold bullion embroidered cashmere coats and psychedelic tiled knits.
The third and final instalment is especially for the gents, “38 Lamb’s Conduit” in WC1 combines J Crew’s own classic shirting and tailoring with a carefully selected edit of guest brands from Thomas Mason to Begg & Co. To top off the experience, the store offers bespoke monograming. Say hello to your dapper side.
